Administer all aspects of over 500 employees’ 401(k) accounts with over $60 million in assets. Provide excellent customer service, process distribution and loan paperwork, and communicate with 401(k) vendors. Responsible for servicing client sponsored 401(k) Plans including uploading contributions on the various provider websites. Work with Financial Educators and Insurance Agents to help prepare proposals for potential clients, implement new accounts, schedule appointments and track commissions. Coordinate employees’ voluntary benefits including determining their interests and working with vendors to implement policies. Work daily with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM.
Responded to; inquiries from employees, retirees, carriers, physicians, and attorneys for benefits coverage, eligibility, claim procedures, as well as fund regulations and specifics. Updated and maintained, annual enrollment and demographic information for members and their dependents. Consulted with, retirees in person or by phone to review the process of continuing benefits after retirement. Assisted employees with filing health, dental, and prescription claims for reimbursement. Keyed and processed hard copy medical, dental, and prescription claims based on set contract rates and pricing. Completed enrollment process through receiving and verifying enrollment forms, received dependent documentation; processed QMSO cases.
