Benefits Administrator, Performed a variety of routine and complex administrative duties for over 500 employees to administer the agency benefit programs which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex 125 Plan, Life, Disability Insurance and Retirement Plans. Administered benefit plans, audit and reconciled vendors invoices and payments for all plans, oversees employee eligibility, and wrote communication to participants and vendors.
