Process benefit enrollments during open enrollment and throughout the year (life event changes). Verify coverage and maintain eligibility files ensuring proper notification is made between employer/employee and benefit plan vendors (interface). Complete carrier bill preparation and reconciliation; handle billing and remittance questions, investigation, and resolution. Enroll employees into pres elected Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, FSA, 401K, Life, Prescriptions, STD/LTD for over 200 companies, through the Cloud portal while utilizing HRP web system for carrier feeds to be transmitted to vendors for processing. Review and prepare benefits adjustments of premiums to transmit to payroll for accurate deductions. Perform benefits audits, monthly to ensure proper elections and deductions are set in place within system.
