Managed multi-state semi-monthly payrolls for four companies using Paycheck. Coordinated with CFO to implement the transition from one company to a combination of four non-profit and for-profit entities, each with its own payroll and benefits plan. Administered all benefits (Health, Dental, Life, 401(k), 125 Plan, COBRA, FSA, Disability and Unemployment) to ensure consistency and audit-readiness. Liaison between employees and insurance companies to resolve issues. Corporate liaison for insurance brokers and vendors. Point of contact for employees regarding all benefits matters. Plan, direct and implement benefit activities and related processes including open enrollment, FSA, medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans. Conduct benefits orientation for newly hired employees. Coordinate all benefits deductions with payroll. Oversees the preparation of reports and benefit statements according to State and Federal compliance requirements; gathers data and prepares annual benefit statements, IRS and other reports for employees, administrative and regulatory requirements. Administer COBRA plan and the 403B retirement plan for 1200 participants.
