Conduct new hire orientations relating to policy and procedures, employee benefits. Coordinate and conduct annual and quarterly benefits enrollments for corporate and out of state offices for 600+ employees locally and nationally. Research and create benefits incentive programs for employees. Track and process requests for disability, family medical leaves, return to work determinations and No Fault Insurance claims. File and track Worker’s Compensation claims with carrier and OSHA reporting. Conduct exit interviews and assist in employee terminations including COBRA compliance and documentation. Process interstate and out of state unemployment claims.
Researched and provide answers to intermediate questions from client base to mitigate risk and eliminate errors. Researched and resolved benefit issues while maintaining a teamwork environment. Worked with other departments to develop administrative and business procedures to incorporate changes and requirements to benefits, also communicated changes to all employees, excellent customer service skills. Maintained all benefit and employee data in multiple corporate databases for over 3,500 benefited employees. Managed all aspects of leave of absence, FMLA and CFRA.
