Senior Benefits Administrator, Educated colleagues during New Employee Orientation on Health and Welfare benefits. Coordinated and monitored each pay period ensuring the employees were paid correctly. Pay issues were resolved by the next pay period crating less stress for the employee while they were home sick. Communicated to mangers FMLA procedures, and submitted hours to payroll for employees returning to work in a timely manner. Advised managers of temporary staffing opportunities, resulting in a more efficient work flow and less stress for the manager. Communicated other avenues that are available to employees to help with issue at home or at work which helped the employee balance their home and work life.
