Processed A/P invoices, authorization approval, g/l coding and input, check processing and filing. Managed 3 bank accounts as including between-account transfers, wire follow ups and bank account reconciliation. Prepared payroll – tracked hours per job per architect, verified hourly rate (regular, overtime, double time, sick time, premiums, etc). Prepared, filed, and disbursed quarterly/annual payroll taxes (941, 940) as well as estimated quarterly taxes for S corp owners/officers. Administered 401k program, track company matches, file 5500 and distribute SAR. Oversaw and managed health care reimbursement account, group medical insurance and dental insurance. Enrolled new hires into all insurances (Life, ADD, LTD, STD, health, dental, HRA).
